Hot oil boilers are systems that can produce heat under low pressure in high temperature applications. The oil used in hot oil boilers does not deteriorate in a short time it should be designed carefully in terms of, otherwise, the film temperatures in the boiler, i.e. the oil degradation rates, may rise and new oil may be required in a short time. It should be remembered that every 10 ° C rise in oil temperature doubles the rate of deterioration, that is, it significantly reduces the service life of heat transfer oil.
