There are a large number of processes in industry where hot air is used, such as food drying or milk powder production. In these processes, instead of heating air with a secondary fluid (steam, hot oil), it is more efficient and compact to produce hot air directly with a boiler. Our company has ability to design and supply of hot air boilers suitable for all kinds of processes from stainless or carbon steel material. Special designs can be made up to 7 MW thermal capacity and 400 C air outlet temperature, and the efficiency can be increased to the highest level with additional recuperator/economizer applications.
